Let go of the exercise equipment you never use

We all are seduced by the idea of a flat stomach, a six-pack or enviable biceps. So we buy weights, rowing machines, mountain bikes and other bulky equipment. Before we know it the exercise bike in our room is used as a clothes horse and the rest is shoved in the spare room or under the bed. I've given up buying this stuff and have exchanged it for a tiny pedometer that really tells me how active I am.

So decide to dust off your equipment and actually use it or sell it in Loot, your local paper or ebay. This way you'll dump the guilt and free the way to actually find a form of exercise that you enjoy and can maintain. Plus liberate lots of space in your home and garage.
