Don't dither, decide!

If you deliberate endlessly over each decluttering decision, you'll end up confused, anxious and making little progress. Stop the whole process turning into a nightmare by trusting your gut reaction - if it makes you feel good then keep it but if it irritates or saddens you let it go.

Allow yourself one 'small' Don't Know pile for really sticky decisions. Revisit this at the end of the session and imagine your life without each object. Would you miss it? Would you even notice it was gone?

Good luck!

Sue
