Unclutter your Mind!
 

When your mind is racing it's hard to concentrate on anything and making even simple decluttering decisions like whether to keep the blue T-shirt or not seem impossible. Next time you plan to tackle your clutter choose a quiet time when you won't be interrupted. Before you actually start take 15 minutes to unwind. Sit in your garden, lie on the bed, take a relaxing bath - just let all your stresses go. That way you'll come to the task refreshed and it won't be so hard to know that blue T-shirt is tatty and tired and heading straight for the recycling.
